Terms & Conditions / House Rules
  • All reservations need to be confirmed via respective corporate travel desk.
  • Corporate identity and any govt issued photo identity verification is required at check-in e.g. Driving license, passport etc.
  • All foreign guests are expected to let us keep a copy of the front page of their passport as is required by law.
  • Check-in before 7:00 AM will be charged for the previous night
  • Check-in after 7:00 AM till 12:00 noon are welcome, however room availability is not guaranteed.
  • General checkout time is 12:00 noon. Late checkouts on early intimation are allowed depending on availability.
  • Payments
    • All bills have to be settled at the time of checkout.
    • All 'bill to company' reservations have to mention so in the email from corporate travel desk, else guest is expected to settle the bill at the time of checkout.
    • Long staying guests are expected to settle the bills weekly, unless to be billed to company.
  • Guests are responsible for any undue breakage due to negligence or misuse by the guest. Actual repair / replacement charge will be levied at the time of checkout.
  • Guests are welcome to entertain their friends / colleagues in the common area, but not allowed to take any personal guest to the rooms.
  • Prior intimation for lunch / dinner order is expected for timely service
  • Limited snacks and refreshments are available at all times, except for regular meals serving times.
  • Any special needs should be discussed at the time of booking. Though we will strive to make your stay most comfortable and satisfying, but we will not be responsible for assumed facilities / expectations. e.g. Special dietary needs, any pick up / drop, ladies only facility etc.
  • Guests are requested to keep their valuables in the safety lockers wherever provided. Madam Re Hospitality Private Limited is not responsible for loss of any personal belonging.
  • Madam Re Hospitality Private Limited does not have on-site or on-call medical help available.
  • Use of health facilities, where available, are at personal responsibility of the guests.
  • Local staff at the facility can assist the guests with local purchases or city directions etc., but we are not responsible for any items purchased from such references.
